The Answers You Need
Where are you located?
ille Makeup Artistry is a mobile free-lance company located in Morgantown, WV. We travel based on clients' needs, and typically meet in the client's home, office, or event venue.
How much does it cost?
We have a wide variety of services listed in the "Book Online" section, where you may view prices and special offers.
What is the cancellation policy?
We require a one-time non-refundable deposit during the initial consultation of approximately 50% of the cost (This is listed in the 'Book Online' section). This procedure is in place to ensure the best quality service for our clients, and protection for our artists and their time.
How does it work?
We ask that you browse our services, then reach out to us by phone, email, social media, or in person to discuss the event you are attending and products that will be required for the look. We offer trial sessions for brides and special events such as prom or homecoming, after the attire is selected. For consulting services, we offer one-on-one coaching and shopping, and may meet you on-site at a beauty store. We then schedule a time to meet for your session during the day of your event. All times are listed in the 'Book Online' section, however, most makeovers take approximately 2-3 hours depending on the look, travel, and set-up times.
Do I have to bring my own makeup?
Ille Makeup Artistry provides all of the makeup, with the exception of eye-lashes, special effects products, allergen specific products, and in special cases, foundation. In the event that you should have to purchase a special product for your makeover, an artist from ille will give you specific directions on purchasing, and may even accompany you on-site. *Any and all products purchased by a client are for the client to keep indefinitely.*
Do I have to pay extra if an artist accompanies me on a shopping spree?
At this time, we do not require an extra monetary fee for accompaniment. However, we do ask that ille Makeup Artistry be able to put all purchases on our rewards card if applicable. In the event that the artist should have to drive out of town, we ask that the client pay for travel expenses.
Can I purchase a gift card for another person?
We do not have formal gift cards at this time. However, we are happy to speak with you to schedule a surprise makeover (payment would be required in advance), or have your gift recipient call in and schedule their own appointment with your form of payment.
